Conditions for obtaining service

Submit a customs declaration stamped with the customs stamp.

Procedures

  1. Submit an application for importing prevention and self-protection equipment by the concerned party with all required documents and then to be transferred to the Accreditation Division for audit. The import application and the attached documents shall be studied and the results of the study shall be documented.   
  2. In the event that the results were not in accordance with the conditions, a letter shall be sent to the concerned party of the violations, and in the case there were too many violations, an inspection report shall be prepared in addition to the letter.
  3. If the results of the study are in conformity with the requirements, the concerned party shall be directed to pay the fees in the accounting division.
  4. Annotations shall be inserted on the import application form and a letter is to be sent to the concerned company or establishment to be signed by the Director of the Department of Prevention and Self-Protection.

  • Technical examination reports.
